  • Is there a deposit required?
    Yes, all bookings require a 25% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
  • When is my remaining balance due?
    3 days before all events except Weddings; Wedding balances are due 7 days before the event
  • What method of payment does Rental Empire accept?
    HoneyBook (our default) payments ONLY
  • How much space is needed for the Rental Empire Photo Booths?
    12ft x 12ft space is needed for the 360 Booth.
  • What size are your backdrops?
    7ft X 6ft
  • Does Empire Rental require anything from the Event Venue?
    Yes, standard 110v-240v Power Voltage is required
  • How far in advance can I book Rental Empire for my event?
    At minimum, we require a 7 day notice for all events. Additional fees may be applied for any events requested less than 7 days out.
  • Does Rental Empire do outdoor events?
    Yes, stipulations required.
  • My event isn't in Philadelphia, can I still book Rental Empire?
    Yes, additional travel fees may apply. Only Philadelphia surrounding areas.
  • What if my event starts late?
    Purchasing additional hours is suggested. We want to ensure all of your guests get the Rental Empire Experience! Additional hours is dependent on the availability of Rental Empire Photo Booths
